SHIPPING & RETURNS
UK Shipping is included in the prices listed; for the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked and insured. For delivery outside of the UK please email us for a bespoke cost. Unlike many of our competitors we do not offer free international postage as that ultimately penalises our national customers.
We will always provide tracking information.
We aim to ship within 3-4 business days, if you need your item urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to help.
If your purchase is a gift, do let me know. We can include a personalised note if you wish. In the highly unlikely event of a package going missing, we must wait 25 days before making a claim via Royal Mail, and we will do all we can to help with this.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Antiques are generally exempt from import duties but we cannot be held responsible for any duties applied by your country's customs officials. Items being returned must be marked as 'return' on packaging to avoid customs fees. If customs fees are charged due to an item not being marked as a return, the customs fees will be deducted from the refund balance.
No returns or refunds due to currency fluctuations or customs fees.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We comply with UK law regarding distance selling regulations.
PayPal are no longer refunding transaction charges when payments are refunded - these charges will be deducted from any refunded amount. Payments made via card through the checkout will be refunded fully.
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges. We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Elsa Libero and we endeavour to do our best to keep our customers happy. If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will advise as to where the return needs to be sent. Any items returned must be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is sent by a signed for and insured method. If the item is not returned in its original condition and in the original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The original postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
Items which have been resized
Earrings (for pierced ears)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any items damaged by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved, you can expect a refund within 3 weeks of us receiving your item back, in most cases it will be sooner than that.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at email@example.com Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. ----

These are old items and we list any faults in the description. Vintage and antique items are old by definition which forms part of their charm, they invariably do not look "new". These items have been around for a long time and if looked after will be around for a lot longer. Please be careful if cleaning antique jewellery as some jewellery cleaning products can damage and discolour gems especially those which are porous, e.g. pearls, coral, turquoise and opals. Please be careful where you wear your jewellery in order to not cause damage. Please keep away from perfume, cleaning products etc.
