Art Deco circa 1930 Diamond solitaire ring. 14 carat Gold, claw set to the centre in a square setting as single old cut diamond. Diamond measures approximately .55 carat. Diamond J colour, SI Clarity. Pierced out gallery. Each shoulder is claw set with three old cut diamonds. Plain band shank. To the reverse the diamonds are set into open backed settings, this allows the light to shine through for sparkle. The Diamond Solitaire measures approximately 5mm across. Shank has been repaired as was quite worn so the previous hallmark of 14K has gone but it is tests as 14 carat.
